NineTwoOne Solutions was founded on a simple but stubborn observation: most consulting engagements leave organizations worse off than the problem they were hired to solve. Not because the consultants lacked intelligence or effort — but because the models they operated under were structurally incapable of creating lasting change.

Firms sent smart junior analysts armed with pre-built frameworks. Deliverables shipped on schedule. Engagement closed.
